Software Sales Executive  

Financial services | Wealth Management Software | Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Business Development 

Full Time / Permanent Role 

Based: Monaco / UK 

 

Are you currently working as a Sales Executive, and have experience working in Finance or Wealth, Portfolio or Asset Management Software Sales? Are you comfortable selling in to large private and institutional financial groups? Do you have a new business attitude with the ability to account manage as well? 

 

Working with Elysys you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of small to large private and corporate clients in the financial services industry.

The Role: 

You will be working as one of our Software Sales Executives for our Global Business. You will have responsibility for developing relationships with new clients and developing our brand globally. You will be focused on closing new deals and offering leading financial and investment software solutions to our existing and new customers.   

 

What You will Be Doing: 

  • Leading the strategic deal-making effort to improve Elysys’s global sales. 
  • Identifying, negotiating, and closing leads as well as developing your own opportunities. 
  • Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads. 
  • Engaging and consulting with C-level executives in the financial services industry. 
  • You will learn your clients’ businesses and work to explore and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Elysys’s solutions can solve them. 
  • You will work closely with the development and consulting teams to build and present valuable solutions to clients. 
  • Participating in the development of the sales documentation and material. 

 

About You: 

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Executive / Business Developer 
  • Fast learner and passion for sales 
  • Hands-on experience with Finance / ERP software is a plus 
  • Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • You will have an economics, accounting or finance degree or other qualification

 

Salary and Benefits: 

  • 40,000 € to 60,000 € gross per year depending on profile 
  • commission package based on performance 
  • 25 days holidays, flexible hours

Software Quality Assurance Engineer  

Dynamics BC (NAV) AL (C/AL)  Developer/Consultant  

English Language Essential 

Based: France / Monaco or Europe – Full-time contract 

Ideally you will be based in Monaco or another European location.

 

Are you currently working as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Developer, and ideally have experience working in Finance or Investment sector developing financial / accounting management systems? 

Does your experience come from working within an R&D team in area automated testing and Software Quality Assurance, and has given you extensive experience of ERP Development on MS Dynamics BC (NAV)?

The Role: 

This newly created role will require the candidate to build from the ground up automated quality assurance procedures and implement testing standards for the ERP system as part of the Elysys R&D team. Secondly, the candidate will be in charge of managing the Elysys Support Portal. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Automate testing process, experience with testability framework in Dynamics BC (NAV) 
  • Recommend and implement testing best practices.  
  • Implement testing workflow and integrate it with Azure Devops. 
  • Testing of integrations with third-party products. 
  • Analyze, report and eliminating bugs. 
  • Scope a customer’s issue by collecting the relevant facts and investigate the problem by doing your own research and by involving other teams as needed. 
  • Maintain a proactive approach to customer happiness, identifying customer satisfaction concerns and managing customer expectations. 

 

Essential: 

  • Extensive and deep knowledge of Dynamics BC(NAV) Testability Framework.  
  • Experience with Test Management, Quality Management and Release Management   
  • Experience in writing test codeunits and test pages 
  • Writing test scenarios with clients, and managing the test executions on Azure Devops 
  • Knowledge of AL (C/AL) and being able to develop and fix issues in Dynamics BC (NAV)  
  • Written and spoken English language

 

Skills and Education: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Dynamics BC(NAV) Developer or Consultant 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sense for details and ability to identify root cause of the problem. 
  • Ability to analyze cause and effect and identify critical points and potential risks. 
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Collaborate with software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player with high performance standards. 
  • High ethical standards and integrity
