Accountant / Administrator - Monaco

Full Time - Monaco

Are you currently working as an Accountant / Administrator, and have at least 2 years experience? 

Do you work with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central  or equivalent  ERP type financial system? 

Do you consider yourself a master of office automation tools (Excel: Macro, Pivot Tables)? 

Do you enjoy working autonomously, being part of a hard-working team and believe in great customer relations? 

The Role: 

Working alongside the CFO, you’ll need to be confident and experienced in the following areas: 

General and cost accounting 
  • Accounts Receivable/ Payable 
  • Expenses 
  • Credit Control 
  • Fixed Asset Management 
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Prepare VAT statement and return
  • Deferral management
  • End of Year 
  • Management of provisional budgets and revision during the year 
  • Tax forecast 
  • Financial Statements 
  • Margin analysis and reporting


  • Mail management (sending/receiving) 
  • Follow-up of pay slips: absences and holidays of employees... 
  • Purchase of supplies 
  • Assistance with staff travel planning 
  • Management of external consultant contracts 
  • Management and generation of timesheets for customers and internally 

Skills and Education: 

  • Higher education in accounting (BTS / DCG / DSCF / Master) 
  • Desired 2 years experience in general accounting 
  • Good written and oral expression in French, English. 
  • Mastery of office automation tools (Excel: Macro, Pivot Tables) and ease in the use of accounting software. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (365 Business Central) would be a bonus.
