5. Data Retention

Elysys is required to retain certain data records to comply with Monaco law.

6. Data Controller vs Data Processor

A Data Controller is the entity that determines the purposes, conditions and means of the processing of personal data.

The Data Processor is the entity that processes data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Elysys is the Data Controller of your personal information and as stated above we will not share your information with any third party.
