NAVInvest enters the Asian Market - March 2009
Elysys has supplied NAVInvest to one of Asia's fastest growing Financial Groups, located in the Philippines. The group has began implementing the solution to enable it to manage its Forex activities as well as its Asset Management and all other related business. Microsoft Dynamics NAV has already been implemented by our local partners ACW Distribution (Phils.), Inc. and they will be assisting Elysys in the delivery of the NAVInvest solution.
Family Office - February 2009
Elysys has recently agreed a contract to supply a multi-site solution to a group managing the financial activities of around 80 companies. The requirements involve the a complex cycle of transactions which need to be analysed and ventilated throughout a structure of entities in an automated manner with minimal user intervention, thus reducing tremendously the effort required by the users to maintain the financial records of the Group.
Investment Management - January 2008
Elysys has recently installed and delivered NAVInvest in a group of around 50 companies. The group actively transacts and accounts for numerous portfolios held in different currencies, which include investments in Hedge Funds, Equities Bonds and other types of securities. In addition the client uses advanced features of Microsoft Dynamics NAV such as Automatic Bank Reconciliation, automated import of external data and attachment of documents stored in SharePoint libraries that provide a secure integrated and "paperless" system.
Private Bank - December 2008
Elysys has recently implemented a solution based on SharePoint technology that allows the group to distribute to its clients and investors a variety of information relating to the portfolios held by them. The system is also shared by the analysts and other internal users. Although SharePoint is used as a platform for the underlying technology, extensive Asp.Net and C# development was needed to customise the solution and integrate it to the existing Web site of this client. Naturally security and privacy was of paramount importance in the implementation of this system.

Elysys has assisted this international group of companies to install and implement an intranet document management system which stores the legal and contractual documentation of the group, which is securely and globally accessible by interested personnel of the organisation. The group is looking to expand this system to hold its Quality Management system and other internal documentation.
